In the dystopian future of SUPER EARTH, humanity emerges from nuclear war under a unified, Sweden-led world government ruled by Ministries such as Truth, Defense, Expansion, and Unity—each serving a supposedly “democratic” regime that masks absolute despotism. As SUPER EARTH expands across the galaxy, conquering planets and harvesting resources, it provokes conflict with three alien factions, sparking the First Galactic War. The Terminids, peaceful insectoids from Kepler Prime, are enslaved after the Ministry of Science discovers they can produce the starship fuel E-710. The Cyborgs, former human laborers on Cyberstan, revolt after horrific working conditions force them into mechanical augmentation. The Illuminates, an advanced but peaceful squid-like species, are targeted when SUPER EARTH fabricates lies about nonexistent Dark Fluid superweapons. With Super Destroyers and elite Helldiver units, SUPER EARTH wins the war, enslaving the Terminids, subduing the Cyborgs, and expelling the Illuminates for a century. Now, in the Second Galactic War, the Terminids have mutated and escaped, the Cyborgs’ robotic descendants—the Automatons—rise for vengeance, and the Illuminates return through a wormhole seeking retribution. Facing these threats, SUPER EARTH turns to the delegates of TMUN 2026 to determine its fate.
