Ryan Ben Lassoued
Introducing your Secretary General for TMUN 2026! Ryan is a grade 12 student at The Woodlands Secondary School. Having attended his first MUN conference in grade 6, this will be Ryan’s second year serving as Secretary General and having previously served as Junior Secretariat he hopes to bring the best experience to all delegates at TMUN! Outside of MUN, Ryan is actively involved in his school’s athletic council, DECA chapter, band and is very passionate about sports. He hopes to meet all new and returning delegates and warmly welcomes everyone to TMUN 2026!

Introducing your Director General for TMUN 2026! Alexander Zhang is a grade 12 student at Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. This year he'll be TMUN's Director-General, and he's super excited to put on an amazing conference. Since joining MUN in grade 9, Alex has always been fascinated by the way it combines debate, speech, and diplomacy in one fun activity.
Outside of MUN, Alex enjoys doing mathematical olympiads, finance research, and DECA, as well as running his math nonprofit, www.topsoj.com. He's also a certified theatre kid, and love singing, a capella, and all things Hamilton.

Introducing your USG of Delegate Affairs for TMUN 2026! Preston is a Grade 12 student at St. Augustine Catholic High School. He has been active in Model UN for 3 years in both delegate and staff roles, most notably serving as the Secretary-General of MarkMUN, an assistant director for OxfordMUN, and the President of his school’s Model UN club. Outside of Model UN, he is also the President of his school’s DECA chapter and spends a bit too much time playing bullet chess and watching c-dramas. He is thrilled to serve as your USG of Delegate Affairs and hopes you will register for TMUN 2026.

Introducing your USG of Logistics for TMUN 2026! Austin is an 11th grade student at Milliken Mills High School in the IB program. Since attending his first Model UN at the beginning of grade 9, he has always loved it for its debate, diplomacy, unpredictability, and chaos. In his free time, he also enjoys playing strategy games, making music, and reading. He is excited to be the USG of Logistics for TMUN 2026, and hopes that this year's iteration excels!

Introducing your USGs of Outreach for TMUN 2026! Varnika Srivastava is currently a Grade 11 IBDP student at Maple HS, ecstatic to serve as one of the USGs of Outreach at TMUN 2026. With a passion for finance and international affairs she is commonly found immersed in competitions, organizing MUN conferences and working with a diverse array of organizations. Alongside her interests, she is often enmeshed in her academic pursuits while invariably contending with an erratic sleep schedule. Varnika eagerly anticipates the success of TMUN 2026!

Introducing your USGs of Outreach for TMUN 2026! Mohammad is a Grade 12 student at Woodlands Secondary School. He has been participating in Model UN since Grade 6 and he is excited to return as one of your USGs of Outreach for TMUN 2026. Aside from MUN he is also involved in the First Robotics Competition team at his school. In his free time, Mohammad enjoys strategy games and playing guitar. He’s excited to meet you all and hopes for a great conference next March.

Introducing your USG of Media for TMUN 2026! Elliot is a Grade 12 student at The Woodlands Secondary School. Elliot has done MUN for 1 year with their first conference being TMUN 2024. In their spare time they draw and play PIU at the arcade. . . Elliot also enjoys cosplaying, league of legends, and playing bass guitar. Introducting your Under-Secretary-General of General Assemblies for TMUN 2026! Belle is a grade 11 IB student at White Oaks Secondary School. In grade 8 she attended her first MUN conference and promptly fell in love with the extra-curricular. Since then, she has been a secretariat for OxfordMUN Canada 2025 and even directed the Avatar the Last Airbender committee at TMUN last year. In her free time she loves indie-rock music, sociology research and working on small scale art projects.

Introducing your Chief of Staff for TMUN 2026! Andrew Dai is a 12th grader at The Woodlands Secondary School who's interested in coding, photography, and politics. You may recognize him as one of the directors for TMUN 2025's Neon Genesis Evangelion committee, or simply as a delegate at many conferences across the GTA. His past year in MUN has been incredibly fruitiful, and he hopes to continue that momentum this year as both a delegate and Chief of Staff for TMUN 2026!

Introducing your USGs of Crisis for TMUN 2026! Risha is a Grade 12 student at Turner Fenton Secondary School. She has been active in Model UN for 4 years in both delegate and staff roles, serving as the Secretary-General of TFSSMUN and as an assistant director for OxfordMUN. Outside of MUN, she enjoys participating in hackathons and math contests, as well as modelling Formula 1 cars for her favourite drivers. She is looking forward to bringing about the best crisis committees TMUN has ever seen!

Introducing your USG of Technology for TMUN 2026! Krish Desai is a grade 12 student who has been part of Model UN since grade 9. Having attended numerous conferences and even winning at TMUN in grade 10, Krish is excited to bring his experience and passion to ensure that the technical side of this year’s conference runs smoothly.
When he’s not working on MUN, you’ll probably find Krish out on the tennis court, swimming laps, or going for a long run. He’s always up for a good challenge — whether that’s in sports, tech, or diplomacy — and he can’t wait to welcome everyone to TMUN 2026!

Introducing your Junior Secretariat for TMUN 2026! Jessica is a Grade 10 student at The Bishop Strachan School who has loved Model UN since she started last year. Outside of MUN, Jessica is an actress who enjoys singing, dancing, and playing both the guitar and drums. She also has a passion for debate. Jessica is thrilled to be the Junior Secretariat for TMUN 2026 and can’t wait for the conference!
